Thank you for choosing Concord Internal Medicine for your healthcare needs.  In order for us to better serve our patients and meet their needs in a timely manner, we request that when you need a refill on your regular medications, you contact your pharmacy and allow them to contact us.  This will decrease any duplication and the turn around time.  Please remember to allow 72 hours for refills of regular medications.  If there is a need for you to have an office visit or labs performed we will contact you from our office.
